Magdalena Aguinaga is a cultural intelligence coach, published author, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience navigating business environments across four countries and three languages. Through her work, she has seen firsthand how cultural differences shape the way people communicate, build trust, lead, and experience the workplace, often without realizing it.
After years of navigating multicultural environments herself, Magdalena created CQ Solutions and The Cultural Lens™ framework to help individuals and organizations better understand the human dynamics behind communication, collaboration, and leadership across cultures.
