Magdalena Aguinaga is a Cultural Intelligence Coach with more than 20 years of experience working across cultures, industries, and international business environments. Through her work, she has seen firsthand how cultural differences shape the way people communicate, build trust, lead, and experience the workplace, often without realizing it.
After years of navigating multicultural environments herself, Magdalena created CQ Solutions and The Cultural Lens™ framework to help individuals and organizations better understand the human dynamics behind communication, collaboration, and leadership across cultures.
Her approach combines real-world experience, storytelling, and practical application to make cultural intelligence more human, accessible, and actionable in today’s global workplace.
