CORPORATE PROGRAM

These workshops will help participants understand how their cultural background shapes the way they communicate, make decisions, and interact professionally. Through practical exercises, real-world case studies, and cultural interpretation dynamics, participants will develop the skills to navigate multicultural environments and position their cultural identity as a professional strength.

45–90 minute experiences for conferences, leadership events, universities, and organizational gatherings.

A structured, 6–12 week engagement designed to embed The Cultural Lens™ into how an organization operates across teams, leadership, and decision-making.

Unlike workshops, which build individual skills, the Corporate Program focuses on systemic change, aligning people, processes, and culture to work effectively across differences.

Each program is led by Magdalena Aguinaga, combining The Cultural Lens™ framework with real-world corporate experience to address the specific cultural dynamics of the organization.
